Rhythm Ride is an enhanced fitness experience that brings together the elements of creative music playlists, immersive visual art, and interactive technology to motivate the community of riders through a journey of the mind, body, and soul.
The 4 Elements of Rhythm Ride
ELEMENT 1: MUSIC
Music is the heartbeat of the studio. At Rhythm Ride you can expect to find the latest in Hip Hop and EDM remixes, custom DJ-mixed tracks, guest DJs or even surprise live performances in a room equipped with high-fidelity sound and immersive visual effects. We put extra hot sauce into our playlists.
ELEMENT 2: HEALTH
Besides having fun, the health benefits of cycling top off the experience. Each class will provide a well structured cardio workout that will challenge your persistence and determination but leave you with a smile in your heart. Our progressive class format is led by certified instructors, and our seasonal fitness challenges will keep you inspired and motivated all year round.
ELEMENT 3: ART
Art brings life to the studio, it brings inspiration to our rides. Our enthusiastic team is always creating edgy playlists, fresh choreography and engaging theme rides. We also stay on the lookout for local urban talent to showcase in our studio, and for local businesses to collaborate with. Urban art from local artists will be showcased around the studio.
ELEMENT 4: COMMUNITY
In the end, it’s not about the studio… it’s about the people that are a part of it. From the instructors, to the front staff, to the artists, all the way to the clients and their families… it is the community that gives Rhythm Ride life. We look to provide opportunities to connect with others through various events and workshops throughout the year.

Be on time for class: The bikes are closely situated next to each other in the room. Coming in late and trying to fumble your way in the dark while everyone is spinning is not a good look.
Do Not Disturb: Save your calls and messages for after class. Unplug. Dedicate this hour to yourself. Respect your time and the time of those around you.
Ride with the rhythm: Experienced riders tend to ride in the front row to set the tone and tempo for the rest of the class. Remember, energy is contagious… both positive and negative. Radiate good vibes and you will get some in return - guaranteed.
Stay fresh: Spin class can be a hot sweaty mess. Come to class clean and odour-free. Your neighbours will appreciate it.
Be considerate: We are all here for a good workout so let’s do our best not to disturb the groove. Please keep the chatter low, especially during the stretch at the end of class.
